Siemens Intevo RDSR have wrong code meaning for X-Ray Tube Current

OpenREM rdsr extractor uses code meaning rather than code value for readability.

Siemens Intevo RDSRs have the correct code value (113734), but the incorrect code meaning (Mean X-Ray Tube Current), and therefore the match isn't made and the value doesn't get entered into the database.

This could be corrected for by using code value instead for this value.
