Make table headings and cells that contain multiple items tables, rather than split by a |

I feel that the filtered tables would look neater if cells that contain multiple items were tables themselves rather than having the data split by a | symbol.

I propose that cells that contain three items are turned into a three-row table, and those with two items turned into a two row table.

I had a quick look yesterday, both on djp and on some of my test data. It does look neater, my only reservation would be the extra vertical space the tables end up taking.

I'll have another look today, see if the guys in the office can give an opinion
