CT CSV export with non-ASCII fails
Need to confirm with other modalities. XLSX export for CT is fine.

Now encodes strings that could contain non-ASCII characters as utf-8 before writing to csv. Refs
#425. Xlsx exports seem to be ok, presumably non-ASCII characters are dealt with by xlsxwriter. Need to review other modalities.→ <<cset 5b744af4f454>>
