Problem with links from CT and radiographic chart histogram bars

If the case-insensitive chart option is selected and the user has chosen an acquisition protocol filter then the links from histogram bars don't correctly filter.

It stems from the use of __exact in mod_filters.py which needs to be replaced with __iexact
