Add index or identifier to fluoroscopy dose alerts

Dose alert emails currently all have the Subject ‘OpenREM high dose alert’. Which means in a threaded email client like Outlook they appear as one conversation, and adopt any categories or flags that previous alerts have had.

Propose to add something to make them different. The email already includes the accession number, so that would be a sensible candidate. Maybe the accession number of the first exposure for a patient in a ‘12 week’ period (or whatever the period is configured on your server). That way alerts for one patient/12 week period would thread as a conversation.
