Add additional mammography filters

It would be useful to be able to filter on:

• acquisition mammographic view (CC, MLO etc)
• acquisition exposure control mode / description (AEC / manual; STD / STD+ / Dose- / implant for GE)
• acquisition compressed breast thickness
