Improve clarity of grouped chart options

At the moment grouped chart options (the average choices and the CT acquisition types) have a grey background. This would look better if the shading was a light blue, with a complementary darker blue border top and bottom.

@Ed McDonagh I have deployed this branch to the testing site. See https://testing.openrem.org/openrem/ct/ for a look at the colour of the background and borders. Let me know what you think.

That’s much better. How easy would it be to put the horizonal line between plot charts and acquisition, study and requested, requested and options?

@Ed McDonagh that’s pretty easy - I’ve just done it for the CT filtered page in commit a1a452571840. The testing site is updated with this commit. Is what I’ve done what you meant?

Changed styling of CheckboxSelectMultiple items in chart options. Now light blue background with a darker blue top and bottom border. The border shade matches the shade used for the background of the chart options heading [skip ci]. Refs issue
