Patient data

This change allows tracking each individual patient, by showing a summary per patient, including its studies, alerts related to this patient, accumulated effective dose over a certain period of time and so on. Moreover, this data can be used to amend patient data for studies where some data is missing (such as the year of birth) to be able to calculate the effective dose for this study.
