High skin dose alert e-mail logic is incorrect

There is no logic in the e-mail sending routine to check if the user has selected

“Send notification e-mails when alert levels for total DAP or total dose at reference point are exceeded?”

or

“Send notification e-mails when alert levels for peak skin dose are exceeded?”
