Description
Reduced the number of database queries made for each of the exports to make them more efficient. Also made the RF export progress indicator more detailed.
Refs #484, and examples of the significant reduction in export times can be seen in the comments for that issue.
I still need to update changes and release notes, plus a little more checking.
