parsing event type to str no longer does the job in Python 3.x, this solves problems with rotational acquisitions
coordinate system for the phantom map is now fixed, patient lays on top of the couch in the positive superior inferior direction for skin map calculations
I have tested it on a handful of cases and corresponded the results to the actual image in our PACS
I have runned the tests via manage.py test remapp which returned:
