Manage pymongo AutoReconnect

Olivier Sallou repo owner created an issue

IWhen calling mongo replica sets (for HA) and there si a failure, an exception is raised. Library does reconnection, but first operation call failed.

GoDocker should wrap mongo calls to retry operation in case of autoreconnect exception.
