Laser profiler frame missing offset

The LaserScan coming from the laser profiler has its frame_id set as the laser profiler frame, but the ray sensor is given a pose that's 6cm offset from the laser profiler frame in laser_profiler.sdf.template(line 21).

Can you please either get rid of the offset or add in the correct frame for the LaserScan?

Fixes issue #154 Laser profiler data was reported in tf frame with 6cm offset This adds a new frame "..._laser_source_frame" with the correct offset and publishes the data in that frame
