Version 3.5?

Shouldn't the version tag in __init__.py be changed to 3.5? I'm asking because FEniCS checks the version compatibility between PETSc and petsc4py.

I'm still working to make a new release. Are you using the petsc4py/master branch? In such a case, I can bump the version number in __init__.py.
