Choose ARKIMEX and/or ROSW type?

As far as I can see (which may not be far) there is no way I can choose the type of the ARKIMEX scheme TS is using. Is there a reason for that?

Setting ts.setType(ts.Type.ARKIMEX) seems to refer to the default type only. For RK methods, petsc4py allows to set the type via setRKType. A similar question arises for ROSW schemes (and more?), since there is no TSRosWSetType in petsc4py either.

Again, not a bug, more like a question or a request..

Well, the required wrapper method has not been implemented yet, should be trivial to add.
