Merged in jluttine/tikz (pull request #1: Make a sphinxcontrib compatible package and add simple docs)
The structure of the package is now more complex in order to be compatible with sphinxcontrib (https://bitbucket.org/birkenfeld/sphinx-contrib/) and to be installable from PyPI. The doc/ directory contains a simple Sphinx documentation which is just a simple wrapper for README.rst so that it is easy to see the extension in action.
