export nwk tree file?

Hi there,

I am now using phyloviz to analyze cgMLST data and it works very well. However, I cannot find a way to export the .nwk format phylogenetic tree file. So is there any possible solution to this issue? Thanks.

Hi,

Unfortunately we did not implement this functionality yet, although it is planned. Right now it is only available in PHYLOViZ Online.

Hello, unfortunately on PHYLOViZ Online we can only import the tree in Newick format and not export Newick. We will consider it implementing it in PHYLOViZ online as well
