Add an equivocation method (conditional entropy)

Since Lea provides several methods related to information theory (information, mutual information, entropy), it would be interesting to have a convenience method equivocation that calculates the equivocation of x about y (also called the conditional entropy of x given y) . Given the current Lea methods, the value is calculated with

Lea.cprod(x,y).entropy - y.entropy
