Home Screen: Modify "Hostname" in Minecraft Status box

The hostname line could be misleading, leading some folks to believe it is the hostname of the RPi versus the MOTD in the MC properties file.

Please change the term from "Hostname" to "MOTD." Thank you.

This is certainly something i will have to look at. I think the "Hostname" part comes from the packet header i receive from the Minecraft query system when receiving it from the running server. I will simply rename this to MOTD as suggested
