TYPO3 CMS 6.2 fluid does not support data-namespace-typo3-fluid.

</html>
This feature is available since 7.3 (https://wiki.typo3.org/TYPO3.CMS/Releases/7.3/Feature) und causes invalid html dom under 6.2.

[BUGFIX] Make plugin template TYPO3 6.2 compatible
The Fluid xmlns syntax on the html tag is a feature of TYPO3 7.3+
