Changes since patch 1.1:

• WARNING: Old save games are not fully compatible (at least some sounds will be missing)
• the binary is dynamically linked and all uncommon libraries are included
• support for other sound drivers like ALSA and PulseAudio in addition to OSS
• license texts for 3rd-party-components added
• the RuneSoft intro is skippable
• settings, log files and screenshots get stored under ${HOME}/.Ankh
