Add Pacific Ocean (ABA) listing region

There’s a few locations that are in Australasia, but are (properly) not in the Australasia (ABA) region:

• Macquarie Island
• New Zealand
• Solomon Islands, including Bougainville
• Vanuatu
• New Caledonia
• Norfolk Island

These are currently in a no-mans zone for ABA listing in Scythebill - neither included in Australa (ABA) nor in Pacific Ocean.

Solution is adding a Pacific Ocean (ABA) region.
