Support "End time" column in Scythebill imports

If someone has “start time” and “end time” in their particular format, it’s currently very annoying to derive duration, but would be easy for Scythebill to do it automatically.

Add support for a "Species"/"Genus" instead of "Scientific" column. And add support for "End time" instead of "Duration".

Neither of these are used for exports, but both will be accepted on import, to simplify processing for people with custom import formats that they'd like to fit to Scythebill.
