Build.exe should only enable supported platforms

In the Build.exe only nodes of installed Delphi versions are enabled. But additionally it should only enable the nodes that are supported by the installed version (disable iOS and Android for example when Mobile Addon is not installed)

Same for OSX (iirc you can choose to not install that) - dunno about x64.

Probably these settings can be read from the registry aswell.

fixes #8 fixes #7 + TEntityMap is functional now, so TEntityManager can update only changed fields.
