"Group by fixture" adds tests in categories that the user has turned off.

While running tests, with the "Group by fixture" tab selected, if the "Show tests that passed" is turned off, all current tests that passed will be removed but any new ones will be added.

Same for any warnings - current ones will be removed and new ones will be added.
