Change TI font to match system font

Dock the TestInsight window next to, say, the Structure window. Note that they use different fonts (on Windows 7, I suspect also on Vista, 8, and 10.) TI uses the Windows XP font. I find this a bit less readable, and it's smaller as well, which matters on a high-resolution screen.

(I tend to assign the "right" system font by assigning from Screen.MessageFont.)
