Need a 'register tests' function

I'm using TestInsight with DUnitX - love the combination. But i've got rather a lot of tests now - 5 minutes worth. The problem with this is that I want to run a single test - I have to run them all first, and wait, until I can find the test I want in order to select it and run only it.

It would be really good to have a button 'register all tests' that didn't run any tests, just loaded them all into the heirarchy

This exact functionality can be achieved by hitting "Run selected tests" without any selection.

hmm, ok. that works indeed - but it's a little obscure. Perhaps if there's no tests listed, then the hint could be 'load all tests without running them' or something
