Actually it is not inaccurate because there is no autosizing of that column, the name column is on autosize (in VTV that means "take all the space that is left"). AFAIK there is no simple option on a column that makes it autofit the longest entry in that column.
I can however make it either resizeable or bigger by default.
Another possibility would be to not always show the time in ms when the value gets too big but then show in sec.
