Rebuild warehouse from online fails

With following error. Running buildWarehouse in SQL works though.

This has timed out on the sql server. The exuection time will vary of course from server to server, and has been increasing as the datasets get bigger, and more stuff goes in warehouse.buildwarehouse.

I will increase the timeout from 5 mins to 10 mins and see how that goes.

Maybe down the track this could be refactored into a sequence of operations called in succession - so the user on the client can get some entertainment in the form of feedback between each step.
