And consider cleaning all data from TeacherAppointment and Establishment since it is not in use and was I believe migrated to TeacherSurvey.

Data from TeacherAppointment and Establishment will be left untouched. The Teacher Appointment tabs though will be hidden for FSM/RMI (not at all in use)
