Cloudfiles missing

I feel there are cloudfiles missing from the EMIS Cloudfiles. When I compare with my own tool querying the Google Service Account I get the following (this is the development service account). I get mostly the same (same ready, same, merged, same uploaded). But the in progress which has more then 100 seems different. This leads me to suspect not all cloudfiles are loaded into the EMIS.

If I check in production cloud account I get 134 in progress files and FedEMIS reports 100 as if it were capped at 100. Others below 100 are the same.
