Exams dashboard by atoll and island in RMI bad display

As a quick fix, just increase the size of the dashboard child. Due to the number of districts in RMI (and potentially other countries) the bars in this child dashboard chart can become quickly unwieldy, especially when analyzing by standards, benchmarks and indicators.
