Add Student Attended ECE column in Annual Census

As we start making ECE mandatory we will be new insight into the impact of ECE attendance. While we record this data for all newly entered students into Grade 1 this may not offer the best most straight forward means to answers questions such as:

  • 8th Graders who graduated in SY 2021,

    • Of those graduated, how many attended ECE
    • Of those graduated, how many did not attend ECE

  • 12th Graders who graduated in SY 2021,

    • Of those graduated, how many attended ECE
    • Of those graduated, how many did not attend ECE

    Something to consider. We could retroactively populate this data from what we already have of past records (their first grade). The rollover should also prepopulate this from the student’s grade 1 onward.
