Exams data file should accept a new field attended ECE

As we start making ECE mandatory we will be new insight into the impact of ECE attendance. One such place will be in the NMCT student performance. When loading the exams raw data file it should support a new column “Student Attended ECE”. This same data should also be in the annual school census #1245.

By looking at those who took the 4th, 6th, 8th and 10 grade NMCT reading and math test, how many of them attended ECE. We could get this with good student matching of exams data to annual student rosters but this more direct approach will answers those questions more quickly.

To be discussed before proceeding. Perhaps just having this data on the XML for now is sufficient.

This is now merely testing if adding the column will nicely put it in the XML row as expected and leave it at that.
