Exam Test Analysis hide keys and enforce extended read permission for access

Ghislain Hachey created an issue

Due to sensitivity of data we need to hide the answer key (e.g. ITEM_001_MS0401010101M_AAA could be shown as :ITEM_001_MS0401010101M). Also make use of extended read permission to access this feature.

    As an immediate measure I have enforced ExamAdmin on the route /exam/{id} and will go through all users permissions. This will need to be discussed a bit more with the stakeholders.

    There is also a origin/issue1307 branch with this immediate change that is being pushed into production.
