Add support to retrieve reports under Data Operations

The simplest way possible to make available reports that don’t specifically fit in individual modules (e.g. Students, Exams). A menu item called reports under which sub menu items will include the following (or more based on country specific needs):

• Audit Reports
• All Reports

This requires adding Navigation items in the IdentiiesP database to customize the menu.
