Excel Download Component to support PowerQuery downloads

Add a 'mode' binding to the Excel Download Component (as used on UIS page)

The mode can be ‘xl’ or ‘pq’ and this argument is appended to the endpoint.

UI Enhancements to include :

• disable when report is downloading
• ‘progress’ binding to choose between ‘linear’ and ‘circular’ progress meter
• more granularity of icons when report is in progress.
