School Survey Tab Improvements

After uploading data get it to show correctly in the UI.

    I am not longer sure what I meant here. Ignore for time being I'll get back to it.

    I think I may have meant to show that in the Survey tab under a school profile. Also, should show a bit more data such as

    • Summary of teachers
    • Summary of WASH
    • Summary of repeaters, transfers, dropouts

    What country will be using the only edit feature of the survey? This feature just provides confusion here in RMI/FSM. Maybe we make this a custom Tab like RMI's Quarterly Report tab and make it different for countries.

    Scratch the last comment about adding more summary data. Unnecessary for now. Simply restructure the survey tab to customize by country.
