Filter boxes visible without needing to press filter button

When clicking on School List or Teacher List, the filter text boxes (top bar) need to be made immediately visible without the user needing to click on the small (inconspicuous) filter icon.

    I agree. I've been wanting to get this done for a long time. I've mentioned things related to that in #51 and a couple of other place I forget.

    feat(Query Data): search, filter, columns moved to side panel

    • improves usability of UI significantly
    • small work on moving search/filter/columns shown into components but still using ui-view only currently
    • deactivated flash search in the Query Data side panel since it has been broken for a while (before this branch)
