Searcher Component Stuff Needs Cleanup [2020:O]

Ghislain Hachey created an issue

Some still using searcher.cshtml template most I think moved to searcherComponent.cshtml. Small cleanup required here to improve code base.

Not urgent but documenting here for any discussions related to this and to tackle next maintenance phase.

    A lot of unused code mainly in Mvc Controllers; and there is probably more…. there are lots of PagedList and PagedListEditable methods that are probably unneeded too.
