Warehouse add disaggregation for teacher and their qualifications

Issue #338 resolved
Ghislain Hachey created an issue

At least one of FSM states want to be able to disaggregate teacher and their qualifications differently. For example, currently we have teacher qualitification disaggregated by school type. This is not desired in both FSM/RMI. However, disaggregate by the following is a must:

  • Type of teacher (e.g. SpEd, teacher aid, full-time vs part-time)
  • Education level (e.g. ECE, Primary, Secondary) (i.e. lkpEducationlLevel1, lkpEducationLEvel2, etc.)

This will required at least another field (maybe it's already there) to record the type of teacher. And then it will required a nice addition to the warehouse layer to provide these two new disaggregations for teacher qualifications/certifications.

most of the essential part of this is resolved. The less critical part is moved to another issue with lower priority #378

Another issue is: how to treat non-teaching staff. There are 2 types represented in (e.g. FSM ) dataset: - education non-teacthing staff - ie teachers promoted to Head of Department or Principal positions - and - ancillary staff like cooks and gardeners.

We need to be able to get Pupil Teacher Ratios , but also we need some sectoral classification of the ancillaries because ultimately we are going to want financial indicators by sector - e.g. standard things that go back to EFA like "percentage of govt expenditure on education", "spending on primary education as percentage of spending on education" etc.

    carried over as issue #378
