Unhandled promise rejections on school form for pupil tables

These are hidden tables related to the view of the school survey data. At a minimum, handle the promise rejection and eliminate console messages

@Brian Lewis I’m simply commenting the call to the API which gets called without any argument generating the error. I believe this will be part of the polymorphic UI planned to manage the annual school census aggregate data from the web app.
