Display only relevant crossfilter filters in dashboard components

Crossfilter applies a filter to all groups except groups based on the filtered dimension - e.g. if you filter by Authority Group, ‘Government’, the AuthorityGroup table does not change - were that filter applied, the ‘Non-Government’ row would just be reduced to 0.

So e.g. the filter label ‘Government’ should not appear in that component on the right.
