Teacher Qualifications Add Another One Confusing UI

When using the "Add another one" option it is a confusing UI currently. It simply returns the window in a Closed state with data from previously added qualification. Better would be to return the user into edit mode directly with no data at all clearly showing the user is adding another one as intended. It does however add a new one with exact same data currently even if user just closes the window adding to the confusion.

Also note the "Successfully Creates:" would look better with the label after the ":".
