School Type Crosstab issues

Numbers don’t fit well. I believe FSM might want to keep these as they are.

School Type needs to be “vocalised”.

    I have configured components in both orientations for both District x School type and District x Education Level.

    I have removed the above from the default and left the other orientation:

    School type is now translated via Vocab.
