Workbook Schools query includes all schools issue [2020:H]

Workbooks also includes closed schools creating confusion with users. Can we edit query to exclude closed schols.

I think a better approach is to report Closed Schools as a validation in the census workbook upload.

Then there are two ways to proceed:

– remove or edit the references to that school in the workbook (ie has been been merged or renamed ??)

– it is still operational - edit the school record to clear the Closed field

That is fine with me. This clear feedback will enable users to clean up the data effectively. You can resolve if this validation is already working
