As discussed:

createDateTime goes in Date Started of school inspection

createUser goes in Inspected By of school inspection (increase varchar limit for several long emails as string)

lastEditedDateTime goes in Date ended of school inspection

Using createDate and completeDate from the survey itself rather than last edited date, but these are clearly set at the same time and differ by milliseconds.

Also, leaving the end date null if it is the same as the start date.

InspectedBy increased to 500 characters and comes from createUser in the file properties
