Sort Descending in lists no longer working

You should be able to click a column header to sort on that column ascending, click again to sort descending.

Descending sort has been broken, apparently for a very long time. (March 2018)

Caused by simplifications in filters to remove some the unwanted overhead that relates to much older code targeting WPF. (specifically removing the custom JSONConverter) Unfortunately some baby went with the bath water.

After change in DataTools will work without needing JSONConverter
