School accreditation in ready mode missing data in survey tab

In development (one of the FedEMIS folders) has the following ready school accreditation. But when viewing the XML data in Survey under the sub-tabs Classroom observations there is only CO1.1 and CO1.2 and all the remaining of the CO data is not showing (CO2.x, CO3.x, etc.)

Actually, this seems to be the case in production and for all files.
