@Brian Lewis I thought this could be achieve by simply creating additional cost centers. Ex:

• Compact - Elementary Ed.
• Government - Elementary Ed.
• ADB - IQBE
• etc.

I’d prefer to do it this way as it is already supported in the data model, and preseres the ability to group on e.g. Elementary Ed in your example above.
